Just got this book in the mail. It's really fantastic. Tons of classic, unusual and old time recipes, lots of pictures and stories about legend pie makers. The author lives in North Carolina...sigh...and wins blue ribbons for her pies in State fairs. I'm inspired.

I found it on Amazon. It's where I find most of my books. The pie book is really great. I can't wait to try out some recipes. I will check out the blogs you mentioned. Thanks for the tips!
